The Flower Bar cares about your satisfaction. Please e mail us at torontoflowerbar@gmail.com or call us at 647-344-3660 if you are unhappy with your flowers. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Order Cancellation
Please contact us at least 24 hours before the delivery date if you need to cancel your order. We cannot cancel delivery orders on the requested day. Cancellation requests received within the 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a service fee.
